I've been a fan of Reelight since my first buy ages ago, back when I was living in Amsterdam. When one of my lights got damaged, I placed an order to have it shipped to Finland, where I'm currently based. The delivery was pretty quick. Upon opening the package, I was a bit taken aback - I didn’t realize there were three different versions, and I ended up with the flash model instead of the constant one I had in mind. I went ahead and installed it anyway, and everything was fine, though I felt a tad too noticeable to others, which might just be a Finnish thing (even though I'm not a Finn). After one chilly day (around -8), the front light started to dim a bit. But it returned to normal after a few days. A few weeks later, the front light completely stopped working and didn’t revive this time. So, I reached out to the company to see if I could get a replacement. They got back to me super fast and straightforward (even the CEO contacted me!) - I was bracing myself for a 'no,' but it was all very easy, and they even offered to send me the constant version if I wanted. Now everything's sorted, and I'm just waiting for the constant front light to arrive. They’re fantastic and dependable at every level. I’m looking forward to enjoying my rides with Reelight again for a long time to come :-)

These lights are fantastic (top-notch quality and really handy) and the customer support is just as impressive. For sure, this is a brand you can rely on.

I've been using the RL700 Reelight for a year, and it’s been great! It’s super nice not having to deal with batteries. I recently had to reach out to customer service, and let me tell you, they were lightning fast—fixed my technical issue in just two days! I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a spare part, the 'bracket for generator,' for my sl520 light. The item arrived quickly, was the correct one, and was nicely packaged.

Awesome item and fantastic support. I purchased a product that had a few issues (and it wasn't the newest version), but after reaching out to customer service, they sent me a replacement for the faulty part, and it worked like a charm.

They not only create awesome and cutting-edge items, but their customer support is also top-notch. Over the past decade, I've purchased multiple lights from them (we're a family of six), and I've always been pleased with the durability. However, the last two sets broke out of the blue after just a few months, and they were kind enough to replace the broken parts at no cost.

I was really impressed with how good the customer support was. I ended up with an outdated model of a Reelight item from a seller (likely leftover inventory), and it broke down pretty fast. Reelight generously offered to send me some replacement parts to repair it.

I've had the Reelight SL100 for roughly a decade now. It's truly an excellent item.

Not long ago, I put the Reelights on a new bicycle and ran into a problem with the rear light not functioning.

I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly helpful, walking me through possible reasons for the issue and suggesting steps to fix it. Now, my Reelights are back in action.

I purchased the NOVA-lights, which had been acting up on and off for a bit. Because of my own laziness, I didn’t reach out to customer support before they completely failed, and I really wish I had! Not long after I contacted them, Reelight figured out the issue (a leaking seal near the cable) from just a few photos, and they generously sent me a new dynamo and cable at no cost, even though I bought it two years ago!

Their products are usually top-notch and provide solid value (in this case, light) any day of the week. I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time, but this experience really boosts my commitment for the long haul!

I ordered three sets of the AMS lights on Friday, and they showed up at a pick-up spot in Belgium by Monday, so I’m pretty pleased with the shipping. The setup was easy on one bike, but I ran into a bit of trouble with the wheel getting in the way on the second one. Still, I figured it out. All in all, I'm really satisfied with these sturdy bike lights!

I encountered an issue with my power generator. I shot an email to Reelight detailing the problem. That very day, I received a UPS notification saying a package was en route, along with a response from Reelight. Fantastic service!
